Opened Materials
Placeholder copy. Opened research materials cannot be returned, as chain-of-custody and storage conditions can no longer be verified.
Transit Damage
Placeholder copy. Report damaged or compromised packaging within a defined window of delivery so the batch can be reviewed.
Order Discrepancies
Placeholder copy. Discrepancies between the packing list and the shipment contents are resolved against the batch record.
